The "slice" is cracking/splitting. Fairly normal with thin-skinned cherry tomatoes. You can either live with the problem and just eat the cracked ones right away (once the skin is compromised, they spoil much faster), or you can go out right before forecasted rain and pick all the fruit that is turning color and let it finish ripening indoors. Happens to many larger fruited varieties, too.

The black dots look like feeding damage from a sucking pest, like a stinkbug. You may want to cut the pest damaged part away just for aesthetic reasons, as sucking pest damage can sometimes leave a slightly corky or tough spot under the skin, but eating the tomato won't harm you at all.

If you can your tomatoes, the recommendation is to not can damaged fruit, as damaged fruit can have elevated pH.
