Renee I use McMaster Carr for specialty items that are hard to find anywhere else. Normally I don't buy from venders that don't quote shipping costs. However they are an exception. They ship very quickly and the shipping costs seem to be at or below actual shipping costs. I bought nozzles for my external water spray system that I use to protect my house from wildfire. I found I could use many of the same nozzles for the gardens. I buy brass fittings from Plumbing Fittings Direct. You will pay about half what you pay from your local improvement center if you meet the fifty dollar minimum for free shipping. And the selection is much better. A brass 1/2 x 1/4 inch threaded brass reducing bushing is only about fifty cents more than the same thing in PVC. I disassembled the entire carburetor assembly from the engine and took pictures as I took it apart. I carefully cleaned all parts with spray carb cleaner and compressed air. I did find evidence of the sealing ring not properly seating where the carb assembly attached to the intake. Apparently, there was air leaking by and the only way the engine would run was to increase the fuel level by choking. Anyway, I cleaned and reassembled the carb unit and the engine is now running great! Thanks for your help. Ocmoses

I have a HGA120E50Z bosch 600m free standing gas cooker. The oven has temperature control range is from 170 to 270. My challenge is that when I select the recommended temperature when baking it will not be done within the allocated time. For instance, scones, the normal time 15/20 minutes at 220°C. But at that temperature it takes almost an hour to bake. So I have to do trial and error and take note of the temperature at which I would have success in baking socnes or muffins. This is not how it should be.
