There was a post re: above this morning, which I replied to. The site was having problems. I did see my response to the original post, but it seems to have disappeared. Here is a copy of my reply: What type of auxiliary heat do you have? Electric strip heat? If so, could be set up so that aux heat is coming on too soon, and may worsened by a large setback at night (or away), as the unit may jump directly to aux heat. Also, since your house is large, the size of heat strips could be large, and if not staged, you get all or nothing. They can be energy hogs. What is your location (city & state), and model numbers of outside and inside unit (air handler, assuming you have strip heat), and size of strips if known. V

Denisele, citing cleaning oven racks is a marketing ploy. That feature has always been available with self-cleaning ovens. I had GE dual wall ovens installed in a custom built home in 1975. The ovens were still working when the house was sold 30 years later. The oven racks were nicely cleaned when they remained in the ovens during self-cleaning. Everything was carbonized, including soil on the oven racks. The downside was the racks turned from shiny chrome to permanently dull (after the first such cleaning). Some manufacturers make dark oven racks that negate that downside during self-cleaning. Another negative of the extremely high heat was eventual damage to the oven gasket over time, which in turn warped the chrome trim when the oven lost the tight seal. However, it took many years for this to occur. I currently have a single Bosch 27" wall oven and love it. However, the self-cleaning has never been used as I believe that there are too many downsides over time to any self-cleaning oven and don't want to take the risk. You can google my user name and "Bosch 27 wall oven" for a detailed oven review. Actually, the interior of this oven has been easy to maintain so far with hand cleaning. Perhaps others can respond about the self-cleaning feature or you can do your own google research.
