Anyone know of someone might be interested in trading

used jigsaw puzzles for others you have not already done? Trying to find more puzzles without spending a fortune, they are very pricey, and hoping perhaps someone on this forum might know of where I might find someone. I have not noticed a particular place here on the site to list this info or ask questions, hoping someone has an idea or 2 Thanks a heap.

Put an ad on craigslist or Next Door and find others who want to trade. Put an ad on a board at your local senior center - asking for others who'd like to trade.

You can check your local library...ours lends puzzles with no due date so you can take as long to complete them as you wish.

Hi Everyone, Well, so far the trading has been very successful - thanks for having fun with me... Today I thought I'd add something else to the trade...still some items left from this week..but here's 2 new items that I've found that perhaps someone would enjoy: A. NEW unopened package of PAPER DOLLS cutouts...package is 8 1/2" x 13"...this one is called MARY CHRISTMAS... a souvenir of days gone by.......would make great stocking stuffers. 2. A beautiful package of unopened self adhesive MUSIC STICKERS - great for scrapbooking. Package is about 8" x 11.5".....great for your correspondence on your swaps/block mail. I would discourage thrift stores and libraries - missing pieces are almost always guaranteed. So irritating to finish a puzzle only to find out there is a piece (or more!) missing.

BTW - I have a great puzzle app on my iPad, so I don't have to bother with physical puzzles anymore. With cats, it's easier. lol

Go to Dollar Tree. They have 500 piece puzzles :)

Yes, Dollar Tree! We always have a big jigsaw puzzle going at pulmonary rehab and people buy them there and bring them in. We have dozens!

I get mine from Dollar tree, thrift stores or Yard sales. .25¢ and up. Its not cost effective to mail them unless your selling them.

Done all the suggestions, the dollar tree puzzles, pieces are far too small for easy use, but have done them anyway. Iprefer resale, and yardsales, perhaps can gather more over summer. There seems to be a real flush for puzzles for some reason this season, good, cuz I am looking.I can live with missing pieces, when you are tied tohouse due to illness, you really aren't going anywhere, so why not spend time looking for a piece of puzzle? Thanks to all.

shaddy101. Believe me, trading puzzles by mail can be expensive. I am a major consumer of jigsaw puzzles and occasionally mail some to a very money strapped friend in another state. The cost to send just 3 or 4 500 piecers can be $10 or more. Add the logistics of packing them and getting them out to be mailed, well it is a chore for this handicapped puzzle lover.You have been given some good suggestions here. Just last week, Walmart had a decent selection of 500 piece puzzles for $1. Myself and 5 friends pass puzzles around among us till all have done them, then give them to the local VA hospital or Goodwill store. If there is a missing piece, the picture on the box is noted with the area of that missing piece clearly circled. Good luck in your hunt.

There are a lot of free online jigsaw puzzles. I played some yesterday, very addictive. I forgot how much fun it was to do that. They have simple puzzles and ones with 5000 pieces. You can even save them and come back later to finish them.

Our local senior center has a plethora of jigsaw puzzles. and you are free to take any of them home. Also there is all ways one started on a table and you can work on it when you are there. Check your senior center.
