2016 California Title 24 regulations

Has anyone looked at the California Title 24 regulations for 2016 that went into effect Jan 1 of this year?

It looks like there are substantial changes to lighting requirements, such as:

- all lighting must now be high efficient (not just percentages based on room)

- no need for GU24 connectors, as long as E26 bulbs are certified with CA to be JA8-2016 compliant (and registered in the state database)

- LEDs (and GU24 LEDs) are not automatically considered high efficient -- they also need to be certified by CA to be JA8-2016 compliant. Any LED bulb that is less than 90 CRI is not high efficient and can't be installed.

Has anyone had to go through making sure their lighting selections conform to the new regulations?
