Need ID's for a few mystery succulents
Comments (9)1. Kalanchoe 'Fang' 2. Aloe aristata 3. Haworthia venosa ? Can't tell how big that is... if that's a 4" pot, then that is some hybrid plant- way too big to be a Haworthia 4. Pachyphytum of some sort perhaps 5. Sedum of some sort (maybe a bit etiolated?.. adolphii?) 6. Peperomia dolabriformis ( or closely related species) 7. Cant tell size again.. .could be a stapelid (based on color) such as Huernia or Euphorbia hamata (less likely)...See MoreMy only succulent is a mystery succulent pls help
Comments (4)It is very small to correctly ID. Was it always so small? If not, do you have 'before' photo? In 4 mo, it should be quite a bit bigger. What I can tell you for sure, it needs to be repotted into much better substrate; in a clean pot (same one is most likely plenty enough in size but needs/should be washed thoroughly); pot should have drainage holes (I am assuming this one does); pot should be filled with mix much higher so plant is not lost inside of it (not helpful for few reasons); and it needs plenty of sun. If you are able and willing to make these changes - plant will grow and soon could be ID-ed. Btw, all improvements I pointed out would apply for growing almost all succulents, regardless proper names:)...See MoreAdvice for mystery succulent!!
Comments (2)Relax it's ok:). Everything looks good, I wouldn't mess with it. If it's been a week since repotting, you can water. Sometimes when a plant has been repotted the plant can look not so good. Just a little stressed out. The wobbliness will go away once new roots start growing and begin to anchor itself:). With these glazed pots they take a little longer to dry out so keep that in mind:). Just do the wooden skewer thing;). The broken leaf not a big deal. Just keep it there. You will definitely do more harm trying to remove it. Overtime that leaf will work its way to the bottom and die off. It's hard keeping these plump juicy fat plants perfect looking;). Your little friend is looking good;). Try not to touch the plant. The pretty protective farina does not grow back:(....See MoreID a mystery succulant I bought
