I've been able to trace back Bull Sac in the SSE YEarbooks to at least 1994, I didn't go back past that, when Craig LeHoullier listed it and his source was Alfrey's Seeds in 1990. Alfrey's did not call it Cow's Tit at all as several subsequent listings in Yearbooks show Bull Sac coming from Alfrey's, now out of business, and no mention of Cow's Tit at all. The first time Bull Sac was akaed as being Cow's Tit was in the 2008 Yearbook when a person from MD said that Bull Sac was also known as Cow's Tit and said his seeds were from Mark Scarzini whom I know is also in MD and used to help out Chuck Wyatt with his tomato growing. Cow's Tit was first listed in 2007 by Al Andersen, seeds from Gary Millwood. Since the history of Bull Sac is pretty straight forward as to originating with Alfrey's Seeds and predated any mention of Cow's Tit by many years, I don't think Bull Sac and Cow's Tit are the same. Gary, I did find the Love in Bloom site where Keith was credited with introducing Cow's Tit, but I have yet to find any reference at all to a variety called Goatbag except here in Sue's thread where she called it a local variety. The fact is that there have to be close to maybe 100 or more long red paste types, some with nipples, some without and sometimes the same variety shows fruits with and without nipples. And sizes given differ considerably as to length and width, and how much of that is variety specific and how much is a result of differing growth conditions and weather is impossible to determine. Good to see you with another project! Just to play devil's advocate, and because IIRC your kids are two boys just a tad older than my 2 boys. Do they really need better organization for their stuff? Is this wishful thinking on your part, that if they had different space, their stuff wouldnt be all over the counter everywhere like an explosion? My boys' bathroom looks like that- I close my eyes to it and make them clean it once a week. The rest of the time it looks like what it is, a bathroom that belongs to two teen boys. And I have two brothers- their bathroom looked like that and they are both very neat clean organized adults. VERY! So being a pig when you are 14 -18 does not predict that you will be a slob as an adult. With all that said, I am not sure I like the tall tower separating the toilet from the vanity. I think it might be claustrophopic. I think that if the storage isnt accessible while they are at the sink they wont use it- well they might take things that you put inside out but I doubt they will put them back. What do they need to store? What about a shallow tower between the two sinks? Maybe with an enclosed outlet and a designated space for the presumed electric toothbrush and blowdryer? Do they have electric razors too? If not a single shallow tower in between the two sinks, what about a set of shallow shelves from counter up for each sink. We are building a new home in SW FL. Our plans are below. Our first thought was to cover everything with a pool cage but I have an aversion to them as most are quite ugly and I hate the idea of feeling like I'm the one in a cage. So then my idea was to cover the whole back "lanai" area with automatic screens. I was planning on covering the top of the pergola too so we wouldn't have water and sun coming on us when outside. Our sliding doors from the great room will be pocket sliders so the whole thing will open up extending our living area outside. The ones from the kitchen/dining area are regular sliders. Now I'm thinking I'll keep the area outside the kitchen/dining area a pergola and just screen the area (with automatic screens) under the balcony. (The shaded area in light blue) Then keep the pergola open on top. Thoughts? Comments?Here is the second floor to show where the pergola would be in relation to the balcony.

I like it, but I'm not sure I'd want it for myself. Its unusual angle makes me think it was designed for a specific lot with unique needs. Things I'm thinking: - With that large V-shaped front porch, it'd be lovely for a vacation area, but I can't see it fitting into a typical suburban lot. - Where is the front door? I think it could be confusing for guests. On the same subject, you have so many exterior doors, and that's a difficult option -- doors are more expensive than windows, less energy efficient, and easier to break into. I think I'd turn some of these into same-sized windows. - The floorplan is angled, but the pictures seem to be "straight" with the breezeway in the middle. This is reminiscent of old, old Southern farmhouses called DogTrot houses. - I like the metal roof shown on the house in the pictures. Seems to fit the house well. - This house has a great deal of exterior wall and lots of jigs and jogs, both of which make this an expensive house. - I like the kitchen /dining layout, but I think you need more space between the island and the table -- I think I'd reduce the width of the island to fix this. I think they did reduce the width of the island in the house in the pictures. - The tower is really neat looking and essential to "the look" of the house, but you have to access it by cutting through the laundry room -- weird. - I think that smallest bedroom is okay ... only because it also has a small bed alcove on the edge, leaving the whole room available for other purposes. However, this is limiting: You cannot ever use anything except a twin bed, and it's kind of oddly tucked around "behind" the closet. If you intend to always use this as a den or office, it's ideal. You could make up the bed as a sofa and still have plenty of space left for a sofa or desk. However, the room is not at all flexible. - The second guest bedroom also has odd dimensions. I think I'd simplify the whole bedroom wing.
