Inherited roses - but I'm clueless! Help!

We bought a house in August and the former owner was clearly a fan of roses. There are several plants in various spots throughout yard. Unfortunately, she left no indication as to what type they are. We took ownership in August and some of the plants bloomed through October, but I'm afraid I completely ignored them in favor of other garden tasks. Now that spring is coming, I am wondering what on earth I'm supposed to do with them!

I've attached a few photos. Unfortunately, I only seem to have two that show a blossom - the others are current, so they just look like a bunch of thorny sticks with a few leaves. Not sure this will help with ID, but hopefully you will have some general guidance for me! Do I need to prune, can I transplant, and if so, when - those are my biggest concerns, but all advice is welcome. Thanks in advance!
