I can see #1 is clearly sunburned, the brownish patches. Along with kara's other suggestions, leave the damaged leaves on, they will likely die but the plant can use them until they are almost dead. I think your plant will bud out at the leaf joints and grow again as the burned leaves fade. Not sure what I see in the other photos. Good luck.

Are they rooted plants or rootless cuttings?

Photo #2 - plant in back is Crassula muscosa/lycopodioides, the plant with 'fuzzy' leaves is likely Echeveria harmsii, pulvinata or Pulv-Oliver - the blooms will help to ID.

IMO, the succulents should not have water splashed all over the leaves, soil should be watered.

Thank you for your comments. I'm not sure how to reply to a specific comment but to answer Kara's questions, the leaves were more green at first and definitely more full. The plants were also standing more up right instead of leaning over. I used a watering can to water them and some water did splash on the leaves.

To answer rina's question, plants in pic 1 and 3 are rooted. Pic 2 had a small rooted plant that is now withered to the point you can't recognize it and the other were propagated from a mother plant, there are babies growing from it that started to sprout roots.

Since the plants may be stressed from too much sun, should I bring them indoors or just put them in a more shaded area outdoors?

Also how long should I wait to repot them in new soil?

I would repot now so you could check the roots out. Put them in a more shaded area. Introduce sun slowly. The leaf babies I would keep in a protected area. If you don't mind wher do live? I don't need your address;), but your gardening zone will do.
