Comments (6)I have serious injuries from a car accident and in spite of good chiropractic care, I suffer from back pain. Many a morning, I would be unable to get out of bed if I did not know how to relieve back pain and spams fast. The easiest way is to use reflexology which is also called shiatsu or acupressure. It uses the same points on your body as acupuncture, but you only apply pressure rather than using needles. Look in the library for a book on hand reflexology which is easier to administer than foot reflexology. Find the chart which shows where the spine runs along your thumb. Press on the sore points on that line on both hands, and you will be rid of your back pain in a few minutes. Sorry, I really should draw a picture and scan it and also write out the directions. Until I get around to it, you will have to find the directions in a book....See MoreI Think I Have Whiplash
Comments (13)This happened to a friend of mine. Numbers altered and fictional name given. It took a very determined police officer about eight hours of detective work to find the lady. She was charged as it was more than an unintentional reversal of numbers. Hard when you are hurt and stressed but if at all possible ask to see the actual info yourself to verify the information. Sad that you can't trust the honesty of people under stressful situations especially when the other party is at fault. Hope you feel better soon....See MoreIt is possible to feel better but.....

Comments (2)i read this and it made me feel so sad for you but also I got the impression that youare a lovely person with a good heart and you have been an excellent mother. I am a long way away from you in London but i felt your post was so heartfelt and you have been through so much. Apart from the menopause stuff, i do think what we go through in life makes us stronger and i wish you all the luck with everything including your procedure. Believe in yourself, things will get better....See More- 9 years agolast modified: 9 years ago
