Identify this Echeveria

Hi all, I've had this Echeveria for a couple years. It was one of my first so didn't exactly get treated right from the start! As it seems to be doing well I'd like to positively identify it.

The leaves are just starting to stand up correctly so hopefully someone will be able to tell. I'm thinking maybe e.chihuahuahensis, e.tippy, or e.painted lady?

It could be any of the above including Echeveria colorata. Echeveria nodulosa is usually associated with the common name of 'Painted Lady'. Some call Echeveria derenbergii 'Painted Lady' Ex San Marcos Growers.

Thanks for your help bikerdoc! I think it's more likely e.chihuahuahensis due to the squared-off, paddle shape of the leaves. I find it so hard to identify all the different echeveria!

Roro, I got my 'Alfred' at a "mom and pop" type nursery that always carries interesting items they know nothing about! This particular nursery imports many (unnamed) succulents from Costa Farms in Florida and also from that massive outfit out of Canada whose name I cannot recall that labels all its plants simply as "succulents". Of course I won't be 100% certain that my plant is indeed 'Alfred' until he blooms. But this plant definitely has pulidonis in its blood and it does resemble all the pictures I have seen of 'Alfred' in that all the leaves carry the imprint of its sib etched in to it. Thank you, it does look like it very well may be one. I think my plant is still a wee bit too young to flower, as it was quite small when I got it this spring. Hopefully in time I can check what sort of flowers it produces.

Seedmoney, based on the flowers, I believe you've got yourself an Echeveria Elegans http://www.crassulaceae.ch/de/artikel?akID=48&aaID=2&aiID=E&aID=1131 If you want to encourage pupping, it might be good to repot it into a larger home, they tend to pup when they have more root space. Yes, it's hard and even the experts don't agree. I have hundreds, and it's really hard.I have a few internet sources I trust to be correct, but even some of them are sometimes "wrong", as best I can tell. I usually look for at least 2 of my trusted sources to agree.....luckily I just LOVE all echeverias, and don;t care too much to know the names:-) However, yours is "definitely", ha ha, Chihuahuensis.
