My old house is for sale - and I went to the open house today
Comments (1)You must have made some great choices! For a moment, I was worried that you walked into your old house and saw complete horror. It sounds like you had a positive experience. My little confession, I check on our last house through realtor. It has not been listed, but plenty of others on adjoining streets have. It feels great to know that we sold during a decent time. At the same time I feel horrible to know that so many people I used to know are now stuck because of home prices....See Morenational open house -- should I open my house?
Comments (6)Several years ago there was a news article on the 'Disappearance of the Open House Signs', that sprang up every Saturday morning! It seems many buyers weren't comfortable with their neighbors and strangers walking through their home, without desired results of offers. So good avenue for Realtors, not so good for your house!...See MoreI can’t open my Houzz app anymore and I’ve been on it for months?

For one package of shredded cheddar I use about 3 green onions, a couple of pieces of bacon and a nice palmful of almonds. Mayo to bind. You can't get it wrong! I think the original recipe calls for more bacon but the two pieces seem to give enough flavor without all the "bad"!...See MoreIndiana Design Center
