Those cast iron things are supposed to last a loooong time.

unfortunately it doesn't drain well. This is under the house, on the far south west side. Long army crawl to get there... and I had to dig the trap out, to make that picture.

I called the home warranty people and should have a plumber out before long. I am tired of trying to let the machine drain a pipe load at the time.
