At that price, this is NOT a high end chair. Yes, indoor/outdoor fabric is more stain resistant than regular fabric, but a totally upholstered chair such as this is eventually going to have the back sag and have to be totally redone. And it won't be worth doing so with this quality of chair. You can do better.

Thanks for the response! Any suggestions for where I can find better? Or how I can tell what's better quality for an upholstered dining chair? Like is there something about construction or the frame I should be looking for? I'm nervous to spend a lot but willing to if I could know it's good quality that will last.

This frame is most likely imported by EA. But thats not necessary a negative, because most larger manufacturers: even high end is using plywood frames. Very few imported chairs will be of plywood. As this parson's chair will not work well with a plywood frame. Webbing is ok, sinuous wire springs would have been better. But overall its a decent chair, depending on what the density of the foam will tell how long it will last before sagging.
