The young eagle has been hanging around in the nest of a mated pair.

The male of that pair seems reluctant to boot it out, but the female of the pair decided to dive bomb the interloper to make it clear she's not welcome.

it didn't last - the intruder has been back several times.

Maybe its their own youngster, and their making him/her understand it's time to go ?

That pair doesn't have any offspring of that age, so no.

Apparently this nest-visiting behavior is common, as is the dive-bombing to remind them that it's not "Air BnB".

Thanks....poor baby. Well, a big one. Raptors' babies are just the same clumsy and in danger like any other baby after all
