Plant identification help?

Hello, forum! I tend to collect plants I have no idea what the names are/my parents call them by the wrong name. I have two plants incorrectly identified as a "ghost cactus" and a "wisteria."

The "ghost" is a cut transplant that normally branches out and hangs similar to Burro's tail, it survives the cold and drought so it might be a type of sedum.

This guy hitchhiked in a Bonnie brand Lavander, so I'm not sure if it's a tree sapling or a weed or what. The leaves are nicely shaped and made me think it might be some sort of nut tree, so I saved it from the frost.

The first is a Sedum. I would say Sedum rupestre.

And I'd agree. Maybe Sedum rupestre 'Blue Spruce' (aka Sedum reflexum 'Blue Spruce'). Extremely cold hardy.

Zone 8 where? What grows in zone 8 Texas does not necessarily grow in zone 8 Washington state!!

The second one looks like it might be some sort of plant in the pea family - but I don't suppose that's not too much help as it covers quite a lot of plants.. maybe a vetch of some sort?

Wow. I never would have guessed that the second would be in the pea family of all things! Now I'm wondering if it'll flower at some point.

That's just a guess... I'm not an expert. If it does get flowers that will make it much easier to ID. Weedy things like vetch, alfalfa and sweet pea also seem to not be hard to find in nursery stock.

I'm not totally convinced by the pea family theory because of the winged rachis on the pinnate leaf. Rhus copallinum has this feature but so do other plants.

The second one could also be Zanthoxylum sp (may be Z alatum), many has thorn, but some are thornless, and also in seedling thorns can be absent.

Although these are indoor plants it would still be useful to know where you are located as it would help eliminate possible blow in seedlings.

#2 looks an awful lot like my Sapindus drummondii (Western Soapberry) seedlings but as said previously, lots of plants have a winged rachis on a pinnate leaf.
