There's a couple of us on there that buy and sell. =)

Shame it's for USA only, but at least there are ways to bring them to Canada. But currently so cold now - not the best time for me to get anything new!

It's fun keeping an eye out for interesting plants and things for sale, even if I don't plan to buy most of them. You will find a pretty large range of quality on there. From very professional growers to ones selling extra cuttings and the like for cheap.

Very good advise Pagan. How often I have common plants taking up space and little to no room for my extra fancy ones. After having a plant so long, it is attached to me and can't get rid of it.

How true. Some of my earliest purchases were in those 9-pack trays from HD. Plants that I don't care much about now, but what do you do with them??? I guess I can put them in the ground someplace and wish them well, but they were my first babies!

Sell them or give them away!

I now keep just one of my original Aloe and Jade plants. They are sentimental so I can't bear to get rid of them. Last fall a large number of my plants found some great homes to make space for the winter.

Been spending time downsizing pots to make room for new additions. In the spring I plan to divide off some of my bigger clumps and share with others.

if you have an account with eBay try selling the ones you don't want on there. This fall when I was bringing all of my plants in for the winter and didn't have enough space, the ones that I couldn't get someone to take (because they had already taken so much), I would sell on eBay. Now some nice plants I actually make money off of but the common ones I would sell for maybe 2 for $3 plus shipping, so not much at all, but I would feel better that they were going to someone who wanted them and not in the trash!

Thanks, guys. For now (and as long as the bf plays along) I just keep buying more pots and expanding the garden area. Luckily, we've decided that putting down landscape cloth and rocking over the sand is a better look than anything else, so there's still a bit of room for expansion. Once the whole yard is covered, then I'm in trouble! :)

Lucinia, where do you live? Great use of your yard, and no grass to mow!
