I needed an eyeglasses holder for my bedside table because I am legally blind without my glasses and if I happen to knock them off the table during the night I have to wake up my husband to come crawl around on the floor to find them for me. So I Googled it and this thing popped up. Never seen anything like it but I had to have it. And I loved the lime green which actually works because my beach art over the bed has some green in it. I know several of y'all crochet so you may want to check these out. She has lots of styles and colors. Mine is a wonderful chenille yarn, perfect for glasses, no scratches.

Cute, looks like a little vase. Soft and won't harm glasses.

It came from somewhere in Europe? How did that work, the paying and shipping cost?

It's a weedy euphorbia. I'd pull it. It's already blooming and will set seed in a few days. Wear gloves: the sap can cause allergic reactions in some people.

I like it a lot, that lime green, yum! But my cats would think it was a toy. I have to use a hard case.

She has a lot of very cute stuff. Some of the baskets I would love to have. That chenille yarn is so soft a big fluffy sweater made with it would be a delight to wear.

On a different etsy store I recently bought some of the bar soap shampoo and I really like it. There's a discussion about the bar shampoo on the decorating conversation forum. For anyone interested this particular shop has small sample bars for very cheap. I will post a link to it. I have the Argan bar.

That's really cute! I'm the same way about my glasses. I have a hard case by the bed but the glasses never seem to land there.

My husband in his woodworking days had made several very nice wooden boxes using exotic wood. Very nice and I had one with padding inside that I was using. But in the dark I sometimes hit the edge of box and was getting little scratches on my lenses. This solution works perfectly.

I am willing to take pictures of the bottom and close ups if anyone wants to see how it is crocheted. I don't crochet at all. My neighbor does I need to ask her if she wants to try it. There are easier shapes on the etsy store but this was my favorite.

There is so much talent on etsy and its great that you supported an independant artisan instead of buying imported big box store garbage!

(I hope other people will do the right thing and buy instead of stealing someone elses idea/ pattern.)
