Toto vs. Kohler toilets

We're building a new traditional colonial and trying to decide between Kohler and Toto toilets.

I was told by a person who sells both Kohler and Toto that Toto had a patent on the "G Max" flush system. Since the patent expired, other manufacturers have copied Toto's flushing technology and tried to improve it.

Right now, we're looking at:

a) Toto Eco Clayton 2-Piece Toilet (1.28 GPF with Elongated Bowl)

b) Kohler Memoirs Stately 2-Piece Toilet (1.28 GPF with Elongated Bowl and AquaPiston flush technology)

What are the community's thoughts regarding Kohler toilets vs. Toto toilets?

Thanks!
