I like it the way it is now. I have a creamy white subway backsplash with pale gray grout. I like it a lot. A friend has white subway with a very dark gray grout. She loves it but it's all lines to me, way too much pop. If I had to choose one extreme, I would definitely choose yours. It really looks great.

It looks so fresh and pretty. Could you live with it a while and then decide. You have the gray in your counter tops, cabinets, appliances - it doesn't look like too much white to me.

Beautiful cabs and lovely backsplash, but I agree with you that it could use a little definition. If you can use the polyblend, I would. If you google it here and the bathroom forum, there are a few threads about how easy it is to use.

I like the idea of a bit more interest in the area. I would do a very pale gray. There are pinkish, bluish, greenish, brownish grays. Be very careful that you get the right gray. Must go with your cabinets and counter. Could you mak up a sample board with your existing grout, then sample several contenders.

another solution would be hang some wall deco up. You could use command hooks.

I like it as is. However, before using colored grout, make sure that your current grout lines are perfect.

I'd leave the white grout. Gray grout will give you a grid/ straight lines-that will compete-with the curves and flowing of the veining in the counters. You have a great look!

Glad to hear you will live with it. I was disappointed with how my back splash looked after being grouted. I took advice from garden webers and love my kitchen and back splash.
