Grout color for kitchen tile backsplash?

My husband and I are renovating the kitchen of our new co-op apartment and have picked a really gorgeous herringbone mosaic tile for the backsplash:

I haven't seen any pictures of it actually installed in a kitchen or other space, so I'm not sure how various grout colors would look. The tile is a warm, glossy white, but has a bronze/brownish edge. Our initial instinct was to go with a warm grey/taupe/brownish grout to highlight the edge color and the contrast with the white front of the tile. But I am just torn as to whether that's going to just make everything look dingy and if maybe a white grout would better. I'm also wondering if it the darker grout will make the backsplash clash with the rest of the white in the kitchen, which is much more stark. But at the same time, since everything else IS white I thought a darker grout would lend some contrast. I can't decide! Help please!
