Comments (1)The main thing? Every ache and pain is down to a dull roar and I feel better physically. School? I was so gung-ho that I ended up completed this week's doing assignment. Free day!!! I was so on target, the cases I found were exactly right. Not just free day, validation!!! The house? Ed's chomping at the bit to get the paint, the bathroom is fully unpacked, and I can find all of the stuff in the master bedroom. I asked Ed last night if he'd move the bar on the closet up a foot or so, but this morning I thought "Why don't I do it?". It'd require removing the wood holding the bar on (both sides), moving it up, leveling it, and putting the 4 nails back in. Duh. Think I will do it. And he showed me why the bathroom towel rack is falling down, so I can fix that too. This is very liberating! I've stood out of his way for fear of stepping on his toes, but now I'm showing him I can help. yea!...See Morethings you can learn from a urine sample

Comments (7)I have major joint and muscle pain all the time. If I may offer a suggestion - ask your doctor about Voltaren Gel- a sample to try would be nice - it is a topical gel that is non greasy, no stinky smelly odor, and no heat. You only use a teeny amt for each sore area. It is a wonder drug for me, and harmless (as harmless as any thing you put on your skin can be anyway). The relief is immediate. It is specifically for tendinitis, I believe. I am not in the medical profession ~ so speak to your Doctor. Pain is not something most ordinary Docs are good at dealing with - so you may need to see one who specializes in Pain....See MoreShoulder....da** you Oakley! ;-)
Comments (30)Hi Guys! * Yaya- I see the P.A. I saw on Jan 3 on Feb 2 I think. I'll ask about that shot(s)! What types of shots are there for shoulders? B4 my new knee in Sept. '14, I had that $1,000 Synvisc shot that Feb. Didn't really do much, but we knew going in that it was a crapshoot. * Msmeow- OH NO!! Yikes....that sounds painful! I mentioned when my injury happened, I was throwing my arms out to the side to keep from falling. That's when I got shot.........in my shoulder.... ;-) Sure felt like it anyway! My PT guy says he'd like for me to avoid injections, since they'll just mask what's really going on. I know that makes sense, but...... I'll keep doing my shoulder/back exercises, since they'll strengthen/support the whole shoulder mechanism, & its operation. Along those lines, it'll help keep an upright posture. I don't wanna turn into the letter "C" like SO many people do, just cuz they never learned how to (or cared??) do simple exercises!!!!! * Oakley- Yes, keeping the shoulders DOWN AND BACK when moving thru an exercise motion keeps the vulnerable "Cuff" muscles & tendons from hitting the Acromio-Clavicular (AC) Joint just above it. That causes SO many issues/problems. >>> The stronger your back & shoulder-blade muscles are, the better your shoulder can handle a load. So many of us have such weak back muscles, because they're never used!! Ever hear the word "Atrophy"?! SQUEEZE THAT EGG ON YOUR SPINE!! ;-) Faron...See Moreanoriginal
