Yup, just installed. I love them. NOT CHEAP though. They are not too bulky for me but this depends entirely on how deep the recess is under your cabinet. The light fixtures cannot be seen without bending over, and at my eye level only the bottom edge of the plug mold can be seen. I'm overdue to post some pictures of my kitchen as it is finishing up. I've been waiting for some last touches before I crack the camera out again. Regarding accessories, the USB charger is way overpriced as you can easily just plug in your own for half the price, I suppose making sure you can still plug a light in that spot would be the upside of theirs. I did get an Ipad holder, kind of cool. The lights are nice, they hum a little, but tolerable. I did LED throughout the kitchen so I don't have the imbalance of yellow halogen/tungsten mixing with 3000K white from LEDs. These LEDs are nice bright white, not the cool white from first gen LEDs. But I would guess I spent over twice as much for these as I would have a xenon system and wall outlets. If retrofitting a space much simpler, but if new construction (where running wires and outlets is easy and cheap) then this is pricey.

We are considering Ikea for our cabinets lately & I too was frustrated to find out there is no white shaker style offered at all here in the US, they only offer some -beigy looking off white colored thermafoil stuff. The worker in the kitchen department warned us that if we bought the off white thermofoil that it might bubble and discolor near our stove from the heat of the stovetop and oven next to the cabinets!! EEEEkkkk! II can't have bubbling discolored cabinets --no way. Don't want to have to settle for another color besides white, I just want white. I would like to have myself some Laxarby white please! Wake up Ikea USA --the people are speaking to you!

We sell kitchens to everyone. We simply insist that our customers make sensible decisions that we know will work. We won't sell a kitchen if it doesn't work, or is dangerous, or against building code. For example, many kitchen designers and appliance suppliers were guilty for a decade of selling and recommending high CFM blowers without replacement air systems. So they knowingly or unknowingly poisoning their clients. We always refused to do this and require that our recommended appliance sales people insist on selling our customers the replacement air systems they need to be safe, whether they want it or not. I believe all professionals should "first do no harm". Giving people what the want is the easy road. Helping them make good decisions is harder but is also why our company grows at a rate of about 30% per year.
