Greenhouse Design. Do I put a solid wall on the north side?

I want to build a 12 x 24 foot greenhouse. I live in Massachusetts.

I'm thinking of building a shed type structure that has a solid, insulated wall on the north side, maybe 12 feet tall. Then angle a roof made of greenhouse plastic down to a 6 feet, south facing wall. The south wall would have 3 feet of double wall greenhouse plastic, and three feet of insulated solid wall below.

I'm thinking this way because there is little sunlight from the north, and it's just another surface to lose heat. Since the wall is solid, I could line the wall with black water barrels to absorb heat during the day, and release it during the night. I'd obviously insulate the heck out of the north wall/

Can anyone give me a reason why I should instead go with a symmetric design as seen on normal greenhouses, rather than a shed structure?

Thanks
