I love that statue. Always had to visit Peter when we went to Bowring Park and look for specific items on the base. Karen, did you know that the caribou statue in the park has five replicas in Belgium and France to honor Newfoundland and Labrador war dead? We visited them all while living over there, a truly magnificent sight.

I love the blue jay pictures, so I am adding mine. It was taken in February a few years ago. It isn't very sharp because I took it through the window. :) But the sentiment is there. She's favoring her left leg. Used to people, there are nearby cabins, she ran along side the road when she heard our SUV, stopped when I called to her, long enough to eat a big blueberry muffin.

Love these. I agree that is a beautiful picture Casey. I could sit in that scenery all day. They llook like warts on the pumpkins! Very pretty. Our Kroger has 3 humongous pumpkins out front, it must have taken several men or a fork lift to move them.
