South Florida landscaping help needed

Erick L.

Attached is a picture of the front of my house. I live in zone 10b
extreme South Florida. When I purchased it, it came with the two
Adonidia's pictured and some bromeliads scattered around the 3 rocks.
The area receives full sun in the morning and shade in the afternoons.
Rocks will be removed and I wanted to landscape around the two Adonidias
being the anchor. Ideally I would like to remove them but the hassle is
not worth it as I can work around them. Any ideas as to plants that
would go well? I was thinking about going with an "organized chaos" look
of Lantana, Asiatic jasmine, Japanese boxwood, Thai ruellia, blue
porterwood, Japanese spirea, Golden dewdrop, zinnia, Salvia, and
Scaevola, Any combination of those to add some color to the green grass.
Any other ideas for a dense look around the 2'-3' height or less.
