It Is A Beautiful Day!

It is really a pretty day out and I have not gotten outside yet, but I may go see if there are any green beans left in the garden. I have a peach cobbler in the oven so will have to wait on it. I made sandwich spread this morning too. They will be shared with the girls. Now if I just had the kitchen cleaned up. What are all of you doing today and is your day beautiful?

It is a gorgeous day here in Texas. I have been working in the yard, and harvested some 'yard long' (they were only 14 inches) beans in the garden.

Beautiful day here too in Manitoba. Cool, great weather for a long walk which I plan to begin soon. Looking forward to my annual turkey sandwich for dinner LOL! Mostly staying away from bread, but I love a Thanksgiving turkey sandwich.

Here’s Scentuous. I purchased them both late (June) last year, so don’t have that much from them. But both survived the polar vortex wonderfully, so might have good pics in a few weeks.

That watermark on Franklin Edward League is so wonderfully white that it's my favorite. Your Liberty Banner looks good. Mine was always very much a red purple, and I gave it to a friend this Spring. Debra

It was a good day for seedlings. These two have the same parentage. They are out of Bob's fulva lines. It's a very complicated parentage. ((F. Yunnan X Empire of Dawn and Dusk) X Crimson Stories) X (Let's Dance Tonight) X (Stellar Stitchery X Cherry Pie a la Mode)). This one is about 3.5 inches across. It is Spacecoast Color Scheme X Rosemary Mussar. This is also small. It is Tom Adams X Purple Peek-a-boo. I love the color on this one. This Wolverine X Absolute Ripper. That's enough for me today. We're getting some sun here now too after a very wet weekend. I don't think its going to be other than cool, but I certainly appreciate the 'bright' after steady rain.

We'll see if after a little drying time, if I could go over the hill below our bedroom and work on some weeds, plant a couple more Oregon grape. Right now though, need a few things from the grocery store before I get too dirty ;0)

An absolutely gorgeous day here in S TX. It was 58 degrees this morning. First time it's dipped below 60 this fall, as far as I know. And I love it! I get so tired of hot HOT (as in 3 digit) temperatures for months on end. Sometimes the sun beating down relentlessly for days on end is very depressing. I rejoice in these cooler temperatures! The sun is shining, but it is pleasant rather than punishing. I think our high today is to be somewhere around 85 or so. Not bad at all! My intentions for today were to get caught up on some laundry, but haven't gotten to it yet. I may throw a load in after while. Then again, I may not. . . . . . ;^)

Gorgeous fall day here in southwestern Ontario! The leaves are starting to fall, which is disappointing, as they haven't all turned yet.

It's getting to the freezing point overnight now. It was -1C last night. Frost all over the cars and the lawn. Plenty cool inside the apartment too........15°C (59F).

The sun has been shining all day and it's warmed up nicely.

I made chicken noodle soup with some of the leftover turkey breast. A meatloaf and roasted brussels sprouts and potatoes are in the oven for dinner.

It's cool (78) and sunny outside here in north central Texas.

It's Monday so I'm working. I had a nice short walk during lunch and now it's time to get back to work. It was 51 this morning!

It is cool and very sunny here today (PA). My scan was clean last week, so I'm starting to try to catch up on housework and will go for a walk later.
