I am going to bring Chicken Salad and sliced meat for sandwiches. I will bring all the fixings too, so this can probably do us for lunches most if not all of the days. I will bring several different sandwich breads to choose from. Someone might want to do another soup for lunch one day to break the monotony.

I am not sure what I will bring for my breakfast...I am not really a breakfast food person. I may just bring some peanut butter for a sandwich.

I am up for either of the gift options.

For LRC since there are so few of us, how about fat quarters? Any color is fine with me.

I will be there by noon on Wednesday and will start setting up the tables.

Bev~ I think we've satisfied everything through emails, but could you put an summary update here so we've all got it together in one place?

Here are our plans for retreat. I made some changes to the dinner schedule.

Dinners:

Wednesday - Bev and Tim, Burgers etc
Thursday - Jennifer, BBQ
Friday - Teresa, Taco Soup and Cornbread
Saturday - Sue, lasagna

Yes, there is a fridge in the kitchen, large and small coffee pot, stove, no dishwasher. They will bring whatever we need from their big kitchen if we ask. We will have to make sure kitchen is clean and fridge is empty when we leave, so let's not over buy.

- Not gonna worry about snack table, it is always full, (Sue, lots of Chex Crack please)

- Gift, one nice one

- No quilt show.

- LRC - Since games will go quickly with only 6 of us, charms 10 per game, (30 batiks, 30 darks)

- Will make reservation for next year, I like Holston, too.
