Cleaning Dryer Vents

The dryer I will be buying for the build that is underway will be on an inside wall. This will be 7.5 feet from the exterior of the house -- I am having the GC avoid 90 degree turns as far as possible, and I do realize that the venting line will have to take into account the 9 foot room heights. I plan on doing a full vent cleanout at least once a year (I will dry my clothing outdoors on a line for approximately six - seven months each year because I like doing so anyway.) I know there will have to be one 75-90 degree turn (where it enters the wall behind the dryer) but the other one can definitely be more gently angled up in the attic area.

Okay, I'd love to know the best, most efficient dryer vent clean-out methods people have established. Thanks!
