Zinnias, marigolds, torenia

Would you have four trades worth of your zinnias? They're my new favorite - lol! Doreen.

I think so. I have seeds from a giant zinnia and regular zinnias. I see where you are offering tomato seeds on other posts, I know I did not mention tomatoes in my post but I am interested in your tomato seeds.

Annie - I have Persimmon, Black Prince and Rutgers tomatoes. Tell me what you would like and I can take my end all in zinnia.

Sounds good, I am still figuring out how to package the seeds. When I usually see seeds they are in little baggies but I've been looking around for little baggies and envelopes for a few weeks and have not come across any. I will figure something out and send you zinnia seeds. I will PM later today or tomorrow.

Great idea about the teabags. My concern is that I am a novice at extracting seeds and I don't want you to get the short-end of the stick because if it. Since I am most interested in the tomato seeds, and it will be months before I will be planting them, I propose that I send you the zinnias (I will send you 90% of my large zinnia seeds), you plant them and then if what I send you passes muster then you can send me seeds from your stash that is commensurate with what I sent you, my order of
preference is Black Prince, Rutgers and Persimmon tomatoes and then the rudbeckias and the oakleaf lettuce.

I hope that makes sense and is an OK proposal.

My torenias are dark blue - a few of the blooms are purple, magenta pink and white with yellow markings. Please let me know if any of those interests you.

The little plastic baggies can be found in the craft department at Walmart. There's 2 or 3 different sizes and they are relatively inexpensive (I think a dollar or two for 100). They are where the beads are. Just thought I'd let you know. The teabag covers is brilliant Doreen!

I guess I dropped the ball here...sorry about that. I have been having major knee issues in addition to sciatica that goes from my hip to my foot at times, it really hampers my ability to sit for any length of time and I barely make it at work...not without some advil help :) Wont bore you but here are photos of my torenia:

I'm in no hurry, I had my tablet with camera outside yesterday to take a picture of a caterpillar and a plant ID item and took pictures of the torenia as well. I did not post the picture of the pink.magenta one because the color o the picture looks different and also there aren't a lot of blooms at the moment. I will try again tomorrow and maybe move it to the same place where I took the picture of the blue torenia,

Again no hurry on my end, since I am in learning mode, doing these kinds of things will presumably help in the future.
