what paint color? pics of my living room
Comments (1)Here is another photo of my kitchen/ dining area, see my sentry there, isn't he pretty, ok now here is what we are doing DH is building custom cabs for me in white, counters I think are going choc. brown with flecks of black? I hought that maybe that RH butter would be nice also with the black appiances, since the color has to wrap around into the living room it has to look beautiful, also the coffee/ endtables are getting painted creamy white on the bottoms,we are trying to achieve a somewhat "Beachy" feel, light and airy. I will also be restaining my kitchen table and hutch at a later date, I'm trying to match and flow everything lovingly together.Any suggestions, objections or approvals are welcome. Comments (2)Hello. If you like a quiet, relaxing and pleasant living room design, then you can use a mild pale pink color. The walls painted in this color make the space warm and comfortable. Monochrome design is another variant of decorating a modern living room. If you choose this option, the colors should be light or neutral, such as pale pink. The light brown tone of the walls is accompanied by a neutral color with textiles, such as gray, cream or beige. This creates an elegant, calm and warm living room. Chocolate brown, which is evenly distributed throughout the room, creates a cozy, elegant and serene space. And plants enhance this effect. Relaxing atmosphere will help create a white-g blue design....See MoreLiving room help! What kind of rug to use in my living room?
Comments (3)What are the big red scratch-outs? Furniture you aren't keeping? First step is the couch, second is the rug and third is the paint. Paint color should be based on fabrics and textiles (seating and rug) in the room. It can be custom blended, but the furniture is set in stone. When you shop for the rug, it should be 2-4 feet wider than the sofa. Slip it under the front 1/3 of the sofa and have it extend past the ends by 1-2 feet. You can use painter's tape on the floor to figure out the best size for your sofa and room. I'd replace the dining rug too, so the two are coordinated. In addition, push your TV credenza against the wall and put the TV on a swivel base to adjust for viewing....See MoreWatt color to paint my open living room, dining room and office
