What color roof and exterior paint would you pick?
Comments (28)Thanks Flo! I mentioned silver birch as a possibility but Bev, a pro, said no, but she might not have realized I was considering the Loopy Crab look. I agree, the ceilings of the porches make the wow factor so I would do the same. What about the railings on our house. Leave them white? We have shutters on the front of the house unlike Loopy. Maybe paint those and the front door turquoise too, or leave all that stuff white? PS.. let me know if you want to visit your sister but stay at our house! Haha So much fixing up to do. If you are curious, google “Sandtrap Surfside SC” Feel free to give me tips for the interior! We are looking at LVP floors, new paint etc and I haven’t even picked out these dumb shingles yet....See MoreWhat color roof on a dark brick house? And a siding question too!
Comments (7)I like this Timberline Natural Shadow. it's a nice charcoal color (left) On the right, is a warmer brown, which I don't care for as much stay with a warmer charcoal, or slate color. Appalachian Sky on this one would work nicely. this is Belleforte Slate Gray color. Looks nice w/this similar brick. and notice the accent colors You have some nice color in your brick. I think your door would look amazing if you painted a deep aubergine or plum. I love this plum door w/a soft white trim, and of course the plum/purple and golden tones in the landscaping would be perfect for your home. and this Black Garnet or Nocturne color would look beautiful for the trim areas you can paint or, these two btw, look at DaVinci roof tiles. they have some great color combos A slate color asphalt/faux slate tile roof could look great w/your brick. and the coordinating accent colors...See Morewhat color roof?
Comments (6)@Danny S I found it by Google image search, located the builder, found them on houzz, and looked at the Q&A for the pictures. If you click "more info" on the pics I posted, it'll take you to the answers and entire house project. I don't have experience with vinyl siding but did a quick search of exteriors with your color choice. I don't see why not. All the examples looked very nice!...See Morewhat color roof would you put on this house?
