Hello everyone. I have had this faucet for a year and a half. I had the water flow issue when using the manual mode as well. Moen sent me a new control box and when installing it the water flow improved a bit. Its now 6-8 months later and the water flow is back to the way it was . Extremely low flow. I will call again to see if they have a new solution. I am not happy with this product and will demand a new faucet with no sensors. FYI.. I have exactly the same faucet style in my kitchen island sink except it is manual mode only and it works fantastic. The water flow is the same as when the motionsense faucet is activated on the one I am having issues with. If anyone has a solution please advise. I was hoping someone would know something about this also, but I guess not yet. I think I heard it was coming out about now, or last month, or something, so it is very new. I looked at the video a few months ago and thought it looked good, but am leaning more toward a Brizo touch model for the kitchen and Deltas for the baths. There are some threads about the Tapmaster and the Delta Touch if you search for those. Around here it seems like people generally favor the Tapmaster over the touch-based faucets. I think the touch would be easier, but Tapmaster people say it takes about a day and they have it down. If you get it I hope you will report back! Due to builder issues I'm about 5 months out from having to make a final decision. Maybe there will be some reviews on this one by then.

For those of you who have them, are there really that many times when you feel the need to turn on the faucet without touching it, or is it that it is just such a cool, new feature that you want? Even when my hands are messy, I can easily turn on my faucet with the clean part of my hand, usually the top side of my hand, so there is no desire to pay the premium price for the faucet, or to feed the faucet with batteries just to have this feature. Am I missing something? Maybe it's that not once in my whole life of using a kitchen faucet have I thought to myself, "Hey, if only I could turn on my faucet without touching it, now that would be grand!" However, if they invent something that prevents those awful water spots in a stainless steel sink, I'm first in line! I don't care how often I have to replace the batteries!

I guess because gold faucets are just no selling enough to warrant the expense My advice put the RO water through the fridge water dispensor if you have one and forget the tap on the counter and save a hole in the counter too..I could not find a wter dispense that matched my fuacet so went with as close as possible but not gold of course.Kraus makes a gold one I have Kraus faucets and I love them we had a small issue it was taken care of very quickly and the customer service was excellent .BTW I know Kraus is made in China but so are lots of Moens too
