Help with planting for fall in hotter than average summer

I was wondering if anyone may have some advice on planting for my fall harvest. I live in Philadelphia and its been an excessively hot summer. From what ive gathered its suppose to be above average heat till mid to late august. From researching it seems most of what i want to plant can generally go in the ground in August. What Im wondering is if I should wait a bit or if its a good time to start. Planning on mainly greens and leafy stuff

Arugula
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Swiss chard
Collards
Kale
Spinach
Soybeans
Lettuce
Herbs
Leeks
Cabbage
