That seems like an unlikely tree to put in a location like that because it will be tall enough to need to be dramatically trimmed very soon, and is not an area where I would have any familiarity regarding what plants are native &/or likely to be used in such a way.

There any many different kinds - check here for magenta colored ones. And the leaves are very characteristic of that genus.

First one is a bromeliad, very likely to be an Aechmea. The next two are cultivars of "Chinese evergreen" - Aglaonema
