Derivable Statistics on Commercial Tomato Gardening

I am planning a hydroponics tomato garden for a friend to cover 50ft by 100ft land.

The greenhouse itself will be sized 40ftx85ft and I have planned for it to contain 860 plants.

We will be planting 3 varieties - Chapman, Rutgers and Jet Star - equally divided.

We want to estimate yields per plant, considering we can be able to supply every needs of the plants hydroponically in a greenhouse to approximately 95% or more.

The only needs of the greenhouse we feel we cannot supply optimally is CO2 enrichment and Lighting - which we will retain natures own. We dont intent to supply extra CO2 nor will we install extra light, being that we are in Tropic side of Africa, there is guaranteed to be about 12 hours of real sun daily.

We will use Buffered Coconut Coir in a dutch bucket

We can manage greenhouse temperatures optimally.

We can manage Humidity optimally

We will supply hydroponics nutrients using Masterblend premixed to 20-18-38.

The hydroponic nutrient temperature will be optimized also

Ventilation, Air Circulation and other minor issues we can optimize following all what we have read all over the web - its sickening the amount of info we have.

We just need ideas on yields per plant from all what we plan to do, preferably from those with experience.

Also we need info on tomato water requirement per plant per day to enable us choose suitable nutrient reservoir for 860 plants and a suitable GPH submersible pump.

Thanks in anticipation.
