Comments (4)Thanks, chicagoans. I haven't called anyone yet but that's a good idea. Countersinking the legs or shortening them are both possibilities being considered. This is an install that my DH is doing. The homeowner didn't have a kitchen designer but relied on the cabinet maker for tweaking her plan and he obviously didn't account for this tight corner and hardware issues. My DH is kicking himself because he reviewed the plans and didn't catch it. Generally he is the one catching the future issues before accepting a final plan, too. He's playing around with spacing the cabinets differently and a small filler piece may be necessary but that's a better option than countersinking into veneered doors....See MoreWanted to share my little greenhouse project, part 1
Comments (1)And here the video I changed the solar fan for a 110v power fan with shutter after the video. THat solar thing was way to cheap and not powerfull enough. Here is a link that might be useful: Video This post was edited by ItsJorgen on Wed, Jan 14, 15 at 15:36...See MoreCabin Kit project

Comments (1)Because tomato are so good in self pollinating there are a lot of Heirloom tomatoes that grow consistent from seed. For tomato it’s very easy to cross-pollinate by hand and make your own F1 hybrids. I do not understand why not more people do this. It’s very satisfying to make a better F1 from two Heirloom tomatoes you like. Let’s say u have a small very sweet tomato en cross it with a big strong tomato or tomato with rare color. The F1 can be perfect from taste and get very nice shapes like heart shape, pear shape, etc. Also u can get a lot of different colors. Mostly the F1 is a Healthier plant. Last year I made a cross between a high resistant Phytophthora tomato (ph3 gene) with a juicy and sweet early tomato. The F1 was better as both parents. The size was good, it was early, juicy perfect and taste better as both parents. Also the resistance for Phytophthora was very good. In 2021 I will make a lot of hybrids between resistant Phytophthora tomato varieties and hope I can get some perfect tasting tomatoes....See MoreUser
