If you want to rule out nutrient issues then we'd need to know what you have fed the plants, how much, how often, etc. Otherwise I'd say it looks like Septoria is a good possibility based on the last photo. The next to last could be spider mites but i can't see any webs on the leaf so you'd have to look closely to rule them out. Also need to see if it rubs off like mold does.

It isn't Septoria. My plants get that almost every year, this is something else. There may be a bit of Septoria on that last leaf though. Thanks Dave. On my way out to see if it rubs off. I haven't seen any spider mites but I will double check. I rarely feed my plants but usually it isn't a problem, maybe a couple of times a year. This one was fed at the beginning of the growing season but not since then, this is the only one currently showing these symptoms out of 18 plants.

It doesn't rub off. I did have aphids pretty badly on that plant, and some still on there. Could they have caused that much damage? This is my first time really having a problem with aphids on tomato plants. I did a soapy water spray the other day and plan on doing another one tonight probably.

I guess I will go ahead and fertilize with all purpose fertilizer while I am at it, just in case. I should also add that I do spray Daconil preventatively. Whatever this is seemed to happen/grow pretty fast.

Just fertilized and noticed a lot of tiny white bugs, smaller than the aphids.

I was just going to say it looks a lot like spider mite or tomato russet mite damage to me (always have a hard time telling them apart as I think I usually get hit with both at the same time). Depending on what type of mites you have, spraying with neem oil or a soapy spray may or may not help...but it's worth a try, as, at least in my garden, they spread like wildfire once they show up unless you can get it under control or pull the offending plants, bag them up and dispose of them away from your other plants.
