Are all of the pictured violets in pots that are 4 inches (10 cm) across or smaller ?

If not, ... the first (2) African Violets are in pots that are too large ... particularly if you're already having plant health issues (droopiness/lack of firmness).

Until the plants are clearly growing healthily (and afterward ... really) , they need to be in pots no larger than 1/3 the diameter of the plant itself. I'm not saying that your current potting won't work, ... but I've watched plants slowly decline because they were in a pot that was too large (I didn't know better at the time).

The first 2 pots are about that across, i forgot to measure it but its about the same lenght as an iphone 5s the 3rd pot (solo picture) is about 3.5in

Then I would say ... that it takes a while sometimes for plants to firm up after beginning to droop.

Be quite careful with your watering ... neither to little or too much ... as your plants are trying to recover.

Thanks, i will try to update my progress, i actually got a bit worried about my soil composition. Hopefully my leaf cuttings grows to be viable

Disgustingly large pots...soil need to have 25% perlite added ...second plant has a sucker on the left that needs to be removed and probably on the right too...

But - everything is alive - and probably will survive with flying colors if you keep the watering under control - just like Aegis says.

but i dont have perlite though, all i have was the pic on top which the seller told me was pumice, can that be an alternative?

Pumice will probably work. The problem with peat based mix - it deteriorates fast in a heat and humidity - and becomes acid. So it is better if you use a smaller pot - you do not need to have a fancy one - some plastic container with punched hole in a bottom will work. Save soil from your big pots - and use it to repot your AVs every 4-6 months.

Plants do better if they are not too hot - so make sure that they are below 30C, better below 25C - but they should survive.

Good Luck - and I would try to grow a bunch of other Gesneriads - like Aeschynanthus and Agalmyla that make fantastic blooming baskets - and love your climate. ( No Cyrtandra - this one belongs to jungle).

Yes. All parts should be plantable ...

I was going to mention the sucker. Somebody always beats me to the punch. :)
