Looks like an Echeveria Caribbean by looking at those beautiful blooms. Have you been giving enough water? During the growing season they need more water to support their growth and blooms.

It is outside. And I'd say pretty humid! Is there a such thing as too much sun for these plants?

I havent experienced over sunning but im sure it can be done. Id stick with once a week for watering too! Definitely dont water if the soil still feels even slightly damp

Yes the pot has a hole and I'm using Miracle-Gro cactus potting mix

Shrivelling can be a symptom of both underwatering or even from overwatering when that has rotted the roots. Miracle grow c/s isn't suitable on its own, it needs to be a fast draining mix. Are the roots ok?

Do you have any suggestions? &I havent checked the roots just yet. If there was any sort of root rot would the plant be okay? I'm fairly new to this!

Any rot (roots or stems) should be removed, it could spread/continue thru the plant. Almost all succulents have very similar basic requirements: free draining potting mix, container with drainage holes, and good light exposure. Most will do best in full sun, but should be acclimatized to it. And good air circulation, even more important in humid climates.

Many succulents have a powdery coating on the leaves (often referred to as farina) that should not be rubbed off. Try not to touch leaves excessively, some will always rub off and it is not dangerous to plants (much more important to remain on the leaves in the wild), just that they look better.
