Echeveria harmsii, "plush plant" is the common name. looks like its been grown slightly under watered; it will look more plush with a little more water.

Thanks! I just potted it and was concerned about watering. The soil was very dry except in the middle of the root ball, which was damp. Should I give it a full watering?
