Woke up this a.m. and the Robins are gone...
Comments (10)I think I recognize the bird on the left! ;-) @Tom: LOL...yeah, I have my old fridge in my garage (just bought a new one) waiting to be 'gifted' to someone. So - until then, my car is stuck in the driveway as target practice for the birds. Btw - the tomato seedlings you started for me look FABULOUS!!! I don't think I've ever seen such healthy green plants! Well - except in your yard of course! ;-) I'm afraid to move them outside - that's usually when I kill them.... ;-)...See MoreThis is what I woke up to this morning
Comments (8)Thanks everyone, it was quite a treat, and they DO bark, if you've ever heard it you'll never forget that sound.... Do they ever get into any of your plantings? They used to nest under my deck when I had the lattice surrounding the deck, but I took it off because I got tired of them dragging fish up under the deck and stinking things up :-) :-( He's too cute to kill but he certainly raises my blood pressure from time to time. Not sure what political party he comes from but he sure likes to take what others have worked for and enjoy for himself. No comment, NOT going to give away my political affiliation on a garden forum ;-) Weird day, a first for me here in the burbs, never had this happen that I'm aware of during the day. I thought he/she climbed up on the morning glories to get some fresh water out of the bird bath but instead he/she was eating the morning glories. Tom...See MoreNew Monitor
Comments (1)Glad to hear you got it working properly. Amazing what a reboot will do! Now enjoy your new monitor....See MoreScreen is out of the border of the monitor?
Comments (7)Thanks for all the help. I've been fooling around with this for a few days. Mikies suggestion seems to be working. I was able to minimize the screen and stretch it. Its not perfect but at least I can see my tool bar now and see the slider on the right. If I try to pull the bottom down close to the icons, the top of the screen goes off the edge. So I will use it the way it is with the bottom of the screen a bit too short. Doesn't matter. I needed to get to the slider and the above address bar, etc. This monitor is an old one probably 7 years. From an old desktop. I hooked it to the new laptop. I don't understand how to fix the resolution nor the different cables. I'm leaving it the way it is, as it is now functional. Thank you soooo much! You guys are the best!!
