Red and orange roses that are very resistant???
Comments (23)I second Traviata. Mine's resistant to bs but gets some botrytis I think. It's a good bloomer, I like the color which is a true red but a little darker than medium. Has an ogr form. It wants to be really tall..in fall usually there are some extremely long but upright canes. For orange I like Zach, which was bred by Vernon Rickard who owns Almost Heaven Roses in NC. It is a shrubby plant with good resistance and the blooms are medium sized vermillion orange. Rebloom is good. I also like Hot Cocoa though mine's not disease free. Gingersnap is looking like a good tangerine floribunda..new to me this year. I have a new Dame de Coeur red rose which looks pretty bs free and is really pretty. Have seen some great pictures of some Dame de Coeur plants. Another orange you might consider is Crepuscule. It's cantaloupe color and very healthy. Gets big. Linda...See MoreTiny bright orange eggs
Comments (3)It's hard to judge just how big they are, but they look very similar to the Stripped Cucumber beetle eggs that were on my nicotiana. And those were very definitely in the foe category! You can find a picture of the bugs here - sorry I don't have one of the eggs themselves. Good luck....See MoreThere's a bright ORANGE box in my driveway!
Comments (25)if you ever want to swap anything with me I'll also be glad to take Marcus the Cat. MY CAT!!!!!! NOooooooooooooooooo, not my kitties. I have 3 at this point. We border the county forest preserve and about 5 yrs ago someone dumped Marcus. Sadly, this is an all too frequent occurrence around here with cats, kittens, dogs and even litters of puppies. But we were lucky and after setting the live trap and watching it for 2 weeks, Marcus finally tripped it and he's been with us ever since. Michelle...See MoreBright Orange curtains - too much? pics
Comments (76)msrose, I don't have a BM fandeck, but I do know that RH paints have their roots in BM paint colors from this old thread. Unfortunately Pumice is not included on that list -- it's a newer RH color. But if you go to BM with the chip or sample I'm sure the folks at BM can match it. thanks pesky1, and binsd, I'm glad to hear your husband likes the room!
