"Need help with my wallpaper and color coordination"

I think I bought the wrong wall paper! I'm moving into an apartment. My color scheme is teal and rust. Here's what I have: Sectional is sand with teal pillows. Chair (see pic). I bought a teal area rug to go under coffee table. I wanted to do a FEATURE WALL. But the "removable" wallpaper (for apartments) I caught on sale has a white background with rust pin-stripes. It feels like I should have gotten a natural stone wallpaper. Do I waste my paper and get the natural stone wallpaper? My husband likes a "clean," uncluttered, contemporary look.
