Today I got this message up on my Kindle Fire.An internal error has occurred. This can be caused by a lack of network connectivity. Please make sure you have a good network connection. Now when I hit the OK it just takes me back to Euchre

It comes up everytime I want to play Candy Crush. I have always played it without a connection. I do not have wifi here at home. I can play Euchre just fine like I always did but not CC. Last night my Kindle shut down. I had forgotten I only had 9% battery left so I was reading and it shut down by itself and I thought it was because the battery was dead. I plugged it in overnight. Then when I turned it on today this message came up. It let me start the CC game twice but then the message came up. Now it won't even let me start the game. I got this Kindle 2 years ago after my first one quit and they sent me this one. This is the first problem I have had with it. I have tried to hold the off switch for 42 seconds like they always told me to do and it didn't make any difference.

If you have the game downloaded to the kindle you should not have to be connected to the Internet to play unless it's requiring an update or something like that. I have never played CC so I am not familiar with how it works. If you have done it previously with no Internet connection I don't know why it would suddenly request that.

I wasgoing to suggest a hard shut down. Holding the power button down constantly till it shuts down then the reboot starts then release the button. Don't worry about it taking a while. That often will reset things.

The other suggestion is to do a forced shut down for the cc game. Go to settings, apps, find the cc game, click on it to open the information for the gam, there yyou should see an option to force close, click that, ignore the warnings, once you do that force close go back to your actual game and try to play it. You may have to go to settings and uninstall the game then when you havea wWiFi connection reinstall it from play store. Let me know if you have any success or failure.

I play CC all the time on my tablet without having to connect to the internet. I just download the whole game on my tablet (Android).

Download AppRemover once it is downloaded and installed on your pc run it and it will find the current versions of anti virus programs on your pc, select the one you want to remove which is MSE. Follow the steps. Once it is removed then you can install AVG free. I fear you still have some of the infections still lingering and that could very well be interfering with your installation. I would suggest going to LzD and having Corrine look at your logs she will be able to see if any of the infection is still there and how to remove it. She is great at this she goes step by step as slow as you need. You would not want to risk having infections on it at any rate. Analysis and Malware Removal that is the link to LzD where you can create your own post, you do need to register at the forum and they will email you back.
