That makes sense. Its probably Love Grass because of the consistency in seedlings. It'd be hard to imagine that many seedlings of one type all being weed seeds that got in the packs. By the way, Purple Love Grass reseeds like crazy. If you plant them out, and I definitely would this year after letting them harden off a couple weeks starting in shade, you will laugh to remember babying them like that once you see how many volunteers you end up with the following year. I've done that before too. Karley Rose is a hybrid pennisetum with sterile seeds. Only the species comes true from seed and in some places its considered invasive. Santa Rosa Gardens is a great place to order from. I'm getting ready to place an order on some sale grasses before the fall prices set in. They have a fall sale later on and I've had 100% success planting at that time, its the best time in Oklahoma for that. If you are wanting pink, P. Karley Rose grows REAL REAL fast, you'll have mature looking plants next year.

In my climate, it is difficult to grow decent tomatoes in anything other than a container!! Ground soil stays cool too late in the season and also the portability of containers allows them to be moved and sited to maximize sunlight and reflected heat. And even that limits the varieties that do well to those with a very short (early) harvest season! And to echo dan's comments, since 99% of all potting soils contain minimal plant nutrients, fertilizing weakly should happen immediately and frequently.

Where are you located? If you have a spot outside that gets morning to early afternoon sun I would put it outside. Gardenias do really well outside if you can find a spot that doesn’t get too much harsh afternoon sun. If you gardenia is doing well now and you’re not having to water everyday to keep it from drying out (a symptom of being very pot bound) I would wait until fall to repot after it has bloomed. Often growers will allow the gardenias to become very potbound to force a lot of buds for retail sale so it will most likely need to be at least potted up to a 10” container (not too much bigger). Where you’re located will dictate the timing. Lastly the black nursery pot will heat up too much if placed in full sun. If you can put it in a lighter colored pot it will help to keep the roots cooler, but make sure it drains or take it out before you water.

I haven't grown this one but I have some thoughts about your questions. I've grown and failed to grow an assortment of other cacti and succulents. The brown appears to be corking which often results from age. The trunk will not grow taller. The growth point on the top of the trunk was cut off and replaced with the crested variegated Euphorbia. Really, the trunk isn't meant to grow bigger or grow new shoots from the sides. Rootstocks might become a fatter with age to better support the increasing size of a scion. Though, I'm not sure you will see that in this case. The leaning is probably the result of being repotted and the roots re-establishing themselves a bit unevenly. I see this all the time with my own plants, Euphorbia and non-Euphorbia. It really doesn't look like a sign of trouble. If you repot again you can try staking the plant until the roots are well established. Based on what I've seen of this plant the assortment of fan-like growths and arms is typical.
