Washington DC suburb. Rain rain go away, come back some other day ( well maybe not). Today 62 and overcast. No rain expected today but a good chance of thunderstorms Friday and Saturday.

Rain and thunderstorms this afternoon. Very humid right now!

Tuesday night/Wednesday morning it was baseball size hail and strong winds; I had damage. Today it's overcast, but tomorrow and this weekend, no rain and cooler. I'm really looking forward to the weekend. Middle Tennessee area, just north of Glenda.

Some clouds that are burning off now at a little after 9 AM, Washington coast. It's been a nice week, I haven't had heat on ;-) We're supposed to get to 70ish today and a little warmer tomorrow, then showers over the weekend. Good yard work weather, and as soon as I've finished with laundry and sheets, that's where I'm going. I want to climb over the steep hill below our bedroom and pull some weeds there, but have to be able to stand up straight and smile, without dirt and twigs in my hair later - birthday dinner for my sister in law at 6 PM.

Central Coast California is heavy fog and drizzle. Temps are 55. Suppose to be a high of 67 and cloudy this afternoon after the fog burns off. More of the same for the rest of the week. Already having "June Gloom". It is early this year.

Middle Tennessee...High 82/Low 53....we are being promised a couple of thunderstorms this afternoon, and shower/thunderstorms tonight. It's been mostly cloudy this morning. I just came in from the garden, and it's still hot with the sun hiding. I welcome the rain today, but hope it is sunny tomorrow, as promised, because Saturday I'd like the grass to be dry so I can cut it :)

We really don't want rain rright now because the entire back wall of my house has been removed and it is being rebuilt. The master bath is also demoed with a big opening , they found black mold in one spot near the plumbing. Luckily not much. It will all have remediation treatments once all the damaged walls are out and the dehumidifiers have it totally dry. Those dehumidifiers are amazing. Big huge noisy machines but extremely effective.

South Central Kansas and it is beautiful! The sun is shining, not much wind and 70 degrees with a high of 75. Tomorrow the rain is coming, but for today it is fantastic!

Coastal southern California, breezy and warm in the 70s.

It has been a perfect day here in NE Oklahoma. 61° low and currently 76° at 7p.m.. Very little breeze and lots of gorgeous sunshine.

I am in a suburb of Sacramento, CA. Right now it is bright and sunny, and 93ºF.

Here in the middle of SD it was 39 degrees this morning on the way to work. I think it got in the 50s today. In the next 2 mornings we might have frost. Monday afternoon we had a couple of downpours with some pea size hail mixed in.

Fort Worth Texas was nice today! We've had hot humid air and storms for a couple of days in a row, but today it reached a high of only 78 and the skies cleared up around noon. It's 71 out there now at nearly 10 pm.

I love getting rain, but these storms need to stop. Our house has flooded in two storms this month.

Here in So Oregon it has been wonderful. DD said it was 91 (and too hot) but I loved it. Car needed the AC for a bit, but we have had a pleasant breeze all day....MY kind of weather. Expect rain (of course) to move in for the weekend....but that;s ok so all the newly planted stuff DH has planted will have a lovely drink.

Today it is sunny and around 54 right now, will probably reach the mid 60's today and tomorrow probably more rain.

It's cold here in Larimore, ND. It was 31 degrees when I got up at 0700. It's 39 now, wind chill is 29; wind is 25 mph with spitting rain. Just nasty.

My birds and cold and the martins are hungry (they eat only flying insects and bugs don't fly in this temp and wind) and my flat of plants are shivering in the garage. I did open the door so they can get some light and still be out of the wind. I wish the martins would go in there - but they won't.

Caroline, we have hummingbirds that over winter here in Washington and there are lots of nights (and a few days) I wish I could convince them to come in for protection. They could have the garden shed, my mudroom, I have heat I could turn on for them on DH's side of the divided garage. They aren't interested, and won't come in. And seem to manage without my invention ;-)

Northern Virginia and I think this is day 17 of rain. I don't know how people in the Pacific NW do it!

That said, most of the rain has been drizzle off and on, and it really has greened everything up and my plantings are happy.
