When you see a "No Trespassing" sign.......

I'm feeling rather crabby lately and need to vent.....There was an incident just over a year ago where two teenage boys drowned in a local (remote) pond. The family has since filed a lawsuit and several landowners with visible ponds have put up "Private Property" and "No Trespassing" signs up because of the pending lawsuit. The house across the street from me has a 5+ acre pond that is right off the street; they posted signs. Today, a pick up truck with two women and fishing gear park right in front of the signs, pull out their folding chairs and proceed to fish.

Really? I know the homeowners and know they are only in the house over weekends. They do let people fish, if they ask first....It's not my job to police who is and who is not allowed but I find it incredibly rude to just plunk down and do whatever you please on someone else's land.....am I really that old to think people should be responsible and abide by a posted sign?

*sigh*
