The use of the word "sucks" is childish and counterproductive. I tried to read your letter/post but it was one of those wide ones(unreadable) Nevertheless, in making any major purchase, it pays to trust NO-ONE.. Fine line Homes, S & A Homes, Beaver Homes, even GM and Ford - they simply cannot be trusted. And these listed companies are good, but I still do not trust them ! A good lawyer is vital, particularly if the home buyer is not a good baby-sitter or supervisor - many men are not good at these things..

There was a sign on a road during road repair made of individual words so that the message could be changed. One word blew away in the wind and what remained was "This ramp be closed" I only wished I could have added "And if you be using it you be in trouble"

There is a sign at our new aquatic center that says "Loading and unloading only, no parking, 2 minute limit". I saw a sign some place here in Iowa that said "No parking, 30 minute limit". I took a picture of that sign.

I can't tell who the man in the picture is so I don't get the joke. Can someone explain it to me, please? Thank you.
