Potted Grapefruit broke dormancy by flowering is it too late to repot?

My white semi dwarf pomeranian grapefruit is perfectly happy as a bonsai in a five gallon pot. It went dormant at 40 degrees and started flowering during a hot spell.

I hoped to pot up to a 25 gallon, It produced one delicious grapefruit last year which stayed on the plant 9 months before I picked it. Will it remain patio size in 25 gallon?

It covered itself in flowers last year as it bloomed in warmer weather. Bloom lasted two weeks. This year is cool 50s and blooms are taking two weeks to mature and lasting on the plant longer. They are staggered instead of a flush.

Can I repot? Should I start foliage feeding. Do i have to wait to next year? The fruit looked cute on the tree. It sets a lot then drops down to what it feels comfortable producing.
